Alerts on your phone

You are not at a desk. When someone writes to your venue, the bot tells you on your phone.
The rule
You get an alert if your job gets it and you have not turned it off.
How it works
- Pair your phone once. Open Telegram assistant and follow the steps.
- Open My account and alerts in the left menu. Turn each one on or off.
- Something happens on your website.
- The bot sends a short message with what you need and a link.
The screen lists every alert you can get. Each one says what it is.
Three alerts hold a guest’s name and how to reach them. They are a contact form, a booking request and a guest chat request. Only owners and managers get those, and never a group chat. The guest chat one also emails you. It is the only one that does. Turn it off on the same screen.
Your venue email gets these three too. That is the email in Settings → Venue. Press Reply in that email to answer the guest. To stop it, leave that email empty.
A sign-in that stops working tells you too. If Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn or Google stops letting us sign in, your posts stop going out. Only owners and managers get this one.
Orders now message your phone. Everyone on the team gets them, cooks too. They come at any hour, because that is when you need them. A rush becomes one line. See Alerts when it gets busy.
Quiet hours
Pick a start and an end time on the same screen. Between those hours the bot stays quiet. Urgent alerts still come through. Times follow your venue’s own clock, so Bangkok and Rome each get their own night.
Good to know
- Your job sets the starting point. An owner opens Settings → Roles & permissions and ticks the alerts each job gets. A role with nothing ticked gets all of them.
- You can change it for yourself, and put it back.
- Some rows cannot be turned on. If your job never gets that alert, the screen says so.
- Pair your phone first. With no pairing there is nowhere to send the message.
- Your settings are per venue. Work in two shops and you choose for each one.
