The AI portal — everything your AI does, in one place

Everything your AI does for the venue lives under AI in the sidebar. Open it and the first thing you see is how many credits you have left and where they went.

The rule: each room answers one question. You never scroll past six things you didn’t come for.

How it works

The AI overview is the front door: your balance, the last 30 days of use, and a card into each room. Along the top of every room is a bar of links, so you can move between them without going back.

The rooms:

  1. Usage & spend — day by day, and which jobs cost the most this month.
  2. Credits — what’s left, when it resets, and the Top up credits button.
  3. Your plan — what your plan includes and what the next one adds.
  4. What runs on its own — the jobs that happen without you asking, and how often.
  5. Your story — your philosophy, your voice, your chef. Every AI feature reads it.
  6. Photo style — photos of your own rooms, and the standing instructions the AI follows.

The last two also sit in the sidebar under Brand, with the same names. They are about who you are, so that is where you look for them; they open inside the AI area because that is where they live. 7. Telegram assistant — connect it, and see what it has done.

Not sure what something means? The Ask about your AI box on the overview lets you ask in your own words. Tapping a question fills it in — you still press send, so nothing is spent by accident.

Good to know

  • Old links still work. Anything pointing at the previous AI settings page now lands on the matching room.
  • Buying credits is owner-only. Everyone else sees the balance but not the button.
  • Changing plan still goes through us — use Talk to us about changing on the plan page.
  • What the assistant may do lives one level deeper, under Telegram assistant → What it may do.
