Changing your plan

You can move to a bigger plan yourself — no email, no waiting for us.

The rule: you never pay twice for the same days.

How it works

  1. Open AI → Your plan. Each card shows its price, credits, competitors, and what it adds over the one below.
  2. Pick Monthly or Yearly, then click Move to on the plan you want.
  3. Check the summary, then pay. Your new features switch on as soon as the payment clears.

In Thailand you may get a QR code instead. Scan it with your banking app, then upload the slip.

Moving up in the middle of a month

You pay only for the days that are left, not for a whole new month.

We count the days left in the period you paid for. We take away what you already paid for those days. You pay the difference. Your end date does not move.

Say you take Plus on the 1st. On the 8th you move to Max. There are 23 days left, so you pay the difference for 23 days. The screen shows you the amount before you pay.

This works whether your plan renews by itself or you pay each period by hand. If your plan renews, we use the card you paid with before and the next full bill comes on the same date as always.

Good to know

  • You pay in your own currency — in Thailand the baht price, in Australia the A$ price, in Europe the euro one. It is the price on the page, not a sum worked out from it.
  • Only the venue owner can change the plan.
  • We take days off the price only if you paid for them. If we gave you the plan, there is nothing to take off.
  • Moving from monthly to yearly starts a new year today. Your billing date changes, and we take off the days you paid for but did not use. Going back to monthly is not self-serve — write to us.
  • Moving to a smaller plan is not self-serve. Write to us. It starts when the period you paid for ends, and we do not give money back for days you already bought.
  • If we could not take your last payment, pay that first. Then you can move up.
  • Do you have a code from someone? Type it on the plan page before your first payment. The discount shows in the summary before you pay. It is not for a plan that renews by itself.
