What staff asked

When someone asks the bot a question mid-shift, they’re telling you something useful: this is what they needed to know and couldn’t remember. This page collects all of it, and puts the questions your rules couldn’t answer first.
The rule
A question with no answer isn’t a failure. It’s the most useful row on the page.
How it works
- Open Training → What staff asked. It opens on Needs an answer.
- Each row is one question, with how many times it was asked and by how many people. Similar wordings are grouped, so “can we do a birthday cake” and “birthday cake, is that ok?” show as one row asking twice.
- Press Write a rule to go and add the missing rule to your house rules.
- Once you’ve dealt with it, press Mark handled and the row drops out of the list.
Switch to Answered or Everything to see what the bot has been telling people — worth a look now and then to check it’s saying what you’d say.
Good to know
- Asked eleven times is different from asked once. A question lots of people ask is a training gap, not a one-off — that one belongs in a lesson, not just a rule.
- The list covers the last six weeks. Older questions drop off so the page stays worth opening.
- You need permission to see training results to open this page — it shows who asked what, which is a record about a named person.
- If a note appears saying your rules were too long to read in full, shorten them. Several short rules answer better than one long one.
