The morning nudge

Questi contenuti non sono ancora disponibili nella tua lingua.

Training that waits to be remembered doesn’t happen. A short nudge each morning is what turns a published course into staff who actually did it.

The rule

One message, to one person, once a day — never to a group, and never to someone who studied yesterday.

How it works

  1. Open Training → Your team and tick Send a morning nudge.
  2. When you assign a course, choose How often to nudge: weekday mornings, every morning, once a week, or never.
  3. Each morning, anyone behind gets one line — the course and which lesson they’re on — with a Start the lesson button.
  4. Tapping it delivers the lesson exactly as if they’d asked for it themselves.

Good to know

  • It arrives in their morning, not yours: the timing follows the venue’s own clock.
  • Someone who studied of their own accord yesterday isn’t chased today. The nudge follows real activity, not a calendar.
  • It’s one message even if they’re behind on three courses, and one message even if they work at two of your venues.
  • It’s always a private message. Never a group — how far along someone is isn’t the kitchen’s business.
  • Choosing Never is a real option. Some teams study fine without being asked.
