What the numbers mean — reading what a link did
Questi contenuti non sono ancora disponibili nella tua lingua.
Every link you make shows five numbers. Pick 7d, 30d or 90d at the top of Marketing Studio → Your links.
The rule
We count opens, not people. One guest who opens your link twice counts twice.
How it works
- Times opened — how many times someone opened your link.
- Pages read — how many pages they read after that.
- Menu opens — how many of those were your menu.
- Asked to book — how many sent your contact form or your event form.
- Liked a dish — how many gave a dish a heart.
Press See the days on a link for its own chart: each day, the device, and the language.
With links in two or more places, Which place works appears at the top. It adds up every link in each place. Your best links also show on your Dashboard and on Marketing Studio → Analytics.
Good to know
- Pages read is bigger than Times opened. One guest often reads two or three pages.
- We count for four hours after someone opens your link, then we stop.
- Asked to book and Liked a dish count the same visit only. A guest who asks the next day is not counted, so the real number is higher.
- A guest who takes a heart back takes it off this number too.
- A phone set to “do not track” is never counted, on any of the five numbers.
- WhatsApp and LINE open your link to draw the card in the chat. That does not count.
- The chart starts on the day you made the link. A quiet day shows as zero, so you can see the gaps.
- Which place works needs links in two or more places.
Ask it instead of opening it
Ask in a chat, in the app or on Telegram: Which of our links works best?
You get each link, how many people arrived, and what they did next. A link with people arriving but nobody opening the menu is not broken. People arrive and stop.
