Your teammate in the corner
Questi contenuti non sono ancora disponibili nella tua lingua.
Look at the bottom-right corner of most screens and you’ll find a small card with a face, a name and a job. That’s the teammate who works on the page you’re standing on. Press it and they open.
The rule
Whoever is in the corner knows this screen. Walk to another page and it’s a different person, with a different job.
How it works
- Press the card in the corner. It opens beside the page — the page stays live, so nothing you were doing is covered up or paused.
- The first thing you’ll see is one purple button: What can you do here?, in that screen’s own words. Press it and they’ll tell you what they can help with and what costs credits.
- Under it, Or try — a few questions worth asking on this page. Tapping one fills the box; you can change the wording before you send it.
- Type anything else you like. Enter sends, Shift+Enter starts a new line.
- Press the ⌄ at the top right to fold them back into the corner. They stay folded until you open them again.
Who’s where
Marco on Today, Elena on Composer and Voice & Brand, Sara on Calendar and Connections, Davide on Ideas, Nina on Competitors and Films, Lucia on Analytics, Leo on Photo Studio and Library, Bruno on Menu.
Good to know
- Most of them explain and advise — they don’t change your page. They’ll tell you which button to press and where it is. Nina on Films is the exception: she can rewrite your shot list while you watch, and there’s a Put it back button if it wasn’t what you meant.
- Anything that costs credits comes back as an orange button. They can never spend for you — pressing it is your yes.
- Asking uses a small amount of credit, like everywhere else in the app.
- On a phone the chat fills the screen, like a messaging app. The ✕ at the top right goes back to the page.
- Screens with nobody in the corner don’t have a teammate yet — that’s on purpose, rather than putting someone there who doesn’t know the page.
