Your site — pick what your web address serves

Your web address can serve four different things, from a plain text menu to a full website. Your site is where you pick, and where you switch the whole thing on or off.
The rule: changing this never touches your dishes, photos or prices. Only how they are shown.
How it works
- Go to Web Pages → Website Settings.
- At the top, Your links shows every web address you have. Press Copy on the one you want to share.
- Pick what kind of site you have — Text menu, Photo menu (the default), Website, or Photo-first website.
- Choose what people see at your address: your home page first, straight to the menu, or nothing at all.
- Watch the preview beside it — your real site, not a mock-up. Desktop shows the real desktop layout, shrunk to fit, with a badge saying by how much.
Each tile shows a small moving picture of what it produces, and three lines saying what you get:
| Text menu | Photo menu | Website | Photo-first | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A dish opens | it doesn’t | in a panel, with a full page | its own web address | its own web address |
| Search engines get | plain text | menu and every dish | menu and every dish | menu and every dish |
| Ordering | no | yes | yes | yes |
Good to know
- This is the Web menu & website service. If these screens aren’t there, it isn’t on your plan yet — ask us, or see Which features show in your menu.
- The two website choices are part of the paid plan. The two menu choices are free — but search-engine data, dish pages and ordering are paid, so a free photo menu shows your dishes and stops there. The tiles say which you are getting.
- The text menu link always works. It is in Your links on every plan, even when your address serves something else. It is the one to use on a printed card or a slow phone.
- The text menu is the trade-off. Fastest to open, best to print — and the only one that takes no orders and tells search engines nothing about your dishes.
- Only the websites have a home page, so on a menu your address goes straight to the menu.
- Taking your site offline is free on every plan, and putting it back is one tap.
- Your choice decides what the other pages do: Menu look applies to the photo menu and the website, Look & logo colours to the two websites.
