Writing a section blurb with AI

Questi contenuti non sono ancora disponibili nella tua lingua.

Two cards on the category page carry a Write with AI button: Public Menu Display (the blurb guests read at the top of the section) and SEO & Social Sharing (the search title and description). Every AI button is the same purple pill, with the credit price on it.

How it works

  1. Click it. The draft lands straight in the field — there’s no preview modal, because a two-sentence blurb is already looking at you. Edit it in place.
  2. It isn’t saved yet — the page’s Save Changes button commits it.
  3. Changed your mind? Undo puts back whatever was there before the AI wrote.

The SEO button writes the search title and the description together — they’re one decision, so they cost one credit between them. Once the fields have content the button reads Rewrite with AI, so you know whether you’re filling a blank or replacing your own words.

In your voice, not a generic one

The draft draws on three things, in this order: your house voice (the AI context on your venue), your brand voice notes if you’ve set them, and the category notes on this page (the biodynamic-only wines, the 60-hour ferment — the specifics only you know). It also reads the dishes actually inside the section, so it names what’s there instead of inventing it.

The more you’ve written in those notes, the less generic the drafts. A bare venue gets a safe, plain blurb; a venue with a voice gets one that sounds like it.

Good to know

  • It writes in English only. After saving, the ✨ Translate empty button fills the other languages from it.
  • Aim for one to three sentences on the blurb — it’s the line above a list of dishes, not the dish page.
  • The search title wants 20–60 characters, the search description 120–160. The counters under the fields tell you where you stand.
