Change the status from the list

The burrata is gone and the menu must say so now. You do not need to open the item. Tap its status tag on Our Menu and change it there.

The rule

The tag on the list and the three switches in the item editor are the same switches. Change one, and the other shows it.

How it works

1. Open Our Menu. Each item has a status tag on the right: Available, Sold out or Hidden.
2. Tap the tag. A small menu opens with three switches: Hidden, Sold out and Star.
3. Tap a switch. It saves at once. The menu stays open, so you can change a second switch.
4. Tap anywhere else to close the menu. You stay on the list.

On the Grid view, the tag sits on the top right of each photo. It works the same way.

Good to know

• Hidden takes the item off the online menu. Sold out keeps it on the menu with a “Sold out” tag. Star puts it in the Recommended list.
• The three switches are separate. An item can be hidden and sold out at the same time. The tag then shows both.
• A hidden item never shows Available, because guests cannot see it.
• To write why you star an item, open the item. The box for the reason is in the editor.
