Reading a price list

A price list is rarely one page. It is the front and the back of a fax, four photos of a market sheet, or a PDF with twelve pages. Drop them all together.

The rule

Every page you drop is read as one price list. Nothing is saved until you look at the products and press Approve.

How it works

  1. Open the supplier and go to Price Lists.
  2. Drop your files on the box. You can drop up to five at a time. Photos, PDF, Excel and CSV all work.
  3. Each file shows as a small picture. Press the X on one to take it out.
  4. Press Read 3 files. You see each file light up as it is sent, then all of them being read.
  5. You get one line per product. Check them, then press Approve on the lines you want.

Good to know

  • A PDF with many pages is read whole. You do not pick a page any more.
  • A photo of a handwritten sheet works. Take it in good light and hold the paper flat.
  • If a line could not be read, the app tells you how many. Type those in by hand.
  • If the list is very long, the app says so and shows you the first part. Drop the rest as a second read.
  • This costs credits. The price shows on the button before you press it.
