Save your Google photos to the Library

Your Google listing has photos from you and from your guests. You can save them into your Library. Then they are yours to use.

The rule

Save the photos you like now. Google changes its photos, and the old ones go away.

How it works

  1. Open Marketing Studio → Our Google presence and go to the Photo wall.
  2. To save one photo, tap it. Then press Save to Library.
  3. To save some photos, press Choose photos. Tap the photos you want. Then press Save.
  4. To save every photo, press Save all.
  5. A green tick shows on each saved photo. Press See it in your Library to find them.

Each photo costs 1 credit. You see the price on the button before you press it.

Good to know

  • We make our own copy of the photo. It stays in your Library when Google removes it.
  • You pay only for photos we copy. A photo you saved before is free. If a copy fails, you do not pay for it.
  • A photo from a guest has the mark Guest photo in your Library. If your venue has Photo Studio, press Make a pro photo. Photo Studio uses the guest photo as a sample and makes a professional photo. Photo Studio charges for the new photo.
  • In the Library, press Edit with AI to change a saved photo. The new photo is saved next to the old one.
  • The AI can find your dishes in these photos. In the Library, press Match photos to dishes. It checks up to 20 photos at a time. The button shows about how many credits it costs. For each photo it says “This looks like Tiramisu”. Press Add to dish to put the photo on that dish, or Not this one. Nothing goes on a dish until you press.
  • When you join and we have your menu, we do this once for you, for free. We save up to 20 food photos, first from your own Instagram posts, then from your Google page, and look for your dishes. Your Instagram photos show in the Library as From Instagram. When the AI is sure, the photo goes on the dish right away, so your first website has dish photos. One photo per dish, and only on a dish with no photo. When the AI is not sure, the match waits in the Library for you to press Add to dish.
  • You need permission to make Marketing Studio content to save photos.
