Deep dive — the longer read on a competitor
The insight panel is the daily glance — four clean bullets per column. Deep dive is when you want the charts, the price table and the longer read.
The rule
The panel is the daily glance. The deep dive is the weekly read. Same data, two depths.
How it works
- Open a competitor from Growth → Competitors and pick a channel tab — Instagram, Google reviews or Facebook.
- In the insight panel header, click Deep dive. A full-screen drawer opens.
- If there’s a recent analysis it appears instantly, with a note saying how old it is. If not, hit Generate and wait 15–30 seconds.
- Esc or the X closes it.
What’s inside
The AI picks the blocks that suit this competitor, so no two look the same:
- KPI tiles — followers, posting rate, engagement, average price
- A bar chart of their posting rhythm, by weekday or post type
- A price table, if you’ve captured their menu — with recent price moves marked
- Narrative — what they do well, what’s weak, what to copy, what to avoid
Good to know
- The first open in a six-hour window costs credits. Re-opening within that window is instant and free. After six hours it regenerates, since they’ve probably posted.
- Refresh at the top always regenerates and always re-charges. Use it when you know they’ve just moved.
- Translate ▾ switches the whole analysis into any of twelve languages, then flips back instantly at no cost. Useful for sharing a read with staff who don’t work in English.
- If it can’t run, you get a plain reason — not enough data on that competitor yet, no AI model picked, or a temporary failure. The static panel keeps working regardless.
