Changing your plan

You can move to a bigger plan yourself — no email, no waiting for us.

The rule: paying today buys one month. It does not renew on its own yet, and the page says so before you pay.

How it works

Open AI → Your plan. The plans are listed with what each one watches and costs.
Click Move to on the plan you want.
Check the summary — the plan, the price, and whether it renews.
Pay on a secure page run by our payment partner. We never see or store your card details.
Your new features switch on as soon as the payment clears, and the plan page shows the date they run until.

In Thailand you may get a QR code instead: scan it with your banking app, then upload the slip. Nothing switches on until the slip is checked.

Only the venue owner can change the plan. Everyone else sees the plans but can’t buy.
Paying starts a fresh month from today. Time left on your old plan isn’t carried over or refunded, so it’s worth moving near the end of a period.
A plan priced Talk to us has no self-serve price — use the link and we’ll set it up.
Moving down a plan, or cancelling, still goes through us. Use Talk to us.
We email you before the month runs out, so nothing switches off by surprise.
