Inside a competitor — the detail page
Click View detail on any competitor card. The page is the business, not one of their accounts — their name, a row of channel chips, and their contact details at the top.
How it works
The combined analysis sits under the header: where they’re strong, where they’re weak, where you can differentiate. Read the full analysis expands it; Ask Nina to analyze re-reads their latest and rewrites it.
Below that, each connected channel gets a tab — Instagram, Google reviews, Facebook, TikTok, Menu & pricing. Two button families, and it’s worth knowing which is which:
- Get latest from … fetches new data from that channel.
- Ask Nina to analyze reads what’s already been fetched.
Under every analysis a note says how much it was based on — “Based on 128 reviews”. Eight is a thin read; 128 is real signal.
Good to know
- Long lists show the first 12 with Show all — display only, so expanding is instant. To fetch more, use Pull deeper in the channel header (50 / 100 / 200, plus a cheap 5 on Facebook to test a pull before committing).
- Instagram limits how far back posts can be pulled, so find more reaches roughly the last 50–200 however long their feed is.
- Unlink on a channel deletes its captured posts and analysis; the competitor stays. Re-linking starts clean, with no double-counting. Remove on the card does every channel at once.
- If a refresh fails — private account, deleted page — an amber strip shows why. The daily refresh retries on its own.
- Post pictures are saved as your own copies, so they outlive the original links.
