Legal pages — who runs BiteTheMenu, and how billing works
BiteTheMenu is a product of Danilo IT — the trading name of Danilo Consulting Co., Ltd., Bangkok. The public site says so in the footer, and the legal pages spell out the rest.
How it works
Three pages carry the legal detail, all reachable from the footer of every marketing page:
- Privacy — what data we hold about your venue and your guests, and how long we keep it.
- Terms of Service — the agreement you accept by using the platform, including the Billing & refunds section.
- Data Deletion — how to ask for your data to be removed.
The footer of the marketing site also carries the parent-company line, linking to danilo.it.com.
Good to know
- Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Subscriptions renew automatically and you can cancel any time — the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you’ve already paid for, not immediately.
- Every question on those pages — billing, privacy, deleting your data — goes to the same address: chat@danilo.it.com.
- The legal pages are English-only today; the marketing pages localise, the legal text does not.
