Centrale — your marketing team

Your Centrale is where you meet the team of AI specialists working on your marketing and growth. You see who’s on the team, what each one does, the last thing they did, and you can talk to any of them.

The team helps and drafts — you keep every decision. Nothing is posted without your say-so.

How it works

  1. Open Centrale in the menu. The shift report at the top counts the work your team finished this period — pieces of work, credits used, and which specialists pulled a shift.
  2. Below it the team is laid out the way it actually works: the lead (Marco, who takes your question and picks the right person), then the marketing specialists he brings in, then the overnight shift — the watchers that keep reading your rivals, reviews, and calendar while you sleep. Each card says what that person does and shows small portraits of the teammates they work with.
  3. Click any card to flip it — the front is the full job description (with quick links to the pages they work on); the back shows the work they’ve done and a chat box that remembers your past conversation.
  4. Tap Message the team (or open any card’s chat) and ask a question. The team lead answers across everything; each specialist answers only their own specialty — ask Lucia about competitors and she’ll point you to Davide instead of guessing. Every answer is grounded in your venue’s own data, and replies come back in the language of your last message.
  5. The Last actions list shows what the team did recently — for example, “Wrote your morning brief” or “Read your reviews — 4 themes guests love.”

Good to know

  • The team covers marketing and growth — competitors, content, photos, social, reviews. Not your kitchen, stock, or till.
  • They read and advise, never change anything. To act on a suggestion, they point you to the right page and you make the change.
  • Reviews are handled by theme only — never a reviewer’s name.
  • Each reply uses a little of your credit; if you run low you’ll be asked to top up first.
  • Conversations are saved, and your team only ever sees your venue’s world.
