A night that comes back every week

Some nights happen once. A Tuesday pasta night happens every week. You do not make fifty events. You make one and say which days it comes back.

The rule

Pick a day and it repeats. Pick no day and it happens one time.

How it works

  1. Open your event and find the Happens again card.
  2. Press the days it comes back. Tue for a Tuesday night.
  3. Set the start time and the end time.
  4. Set the first day and the last day of the run. Leave the last day empty and it keeps going.
  5. Read the line under the boxes. It says it back to you in words: Every Tuesday, 18:00 to 20:00, until 31 October.

Good to know

  • Your website always shows the next date. You never have to move it.
  • The times are your own local times, not the guest’s.
  • A guest who presses Add to calendar gets every date, not only the next one.
  • Your bot knows too. Ask it what is on Friday and it says there is nothing, and tells them about Tuesday.
  • Take all the days off and the event goes back to being a one time night.

Ask in a chat, in the app or on Telegram: What is on this week?

For an event that repeats you get the next date, not the date it first ran. Events you have not published yet are left out, so nobody is told about a plan you are still working on.
