Your venue's stages

Your stages are photos of your own rooms — the night bar, the window table, the terrace. When the system makes a picture of a dish, it puts that dish in one of your rooms instead of on a generic studio backdrop. You can hold up to eight.

The rule: describe every stage, don’t just name it. The name is how you ask for one; the description is what the system reads when it puts your food in that room.

How it works

  1. Open Brand → Photo style. The stages are the first thing on the page.
  2. Drag photos in — several at once is fine — or click to choose them.
  3. Click a photo to open its editor.
  4. Fill in What you call it (short: “Night bar”) and What is in the picture (the surface, the light, what’s behind).
  5. Don’t want to write it? Press Ask the AI to look. It reads the photo and fills both boxes in. Fix anything it got wrong, then press Save — nothing is stored until you do.
  6. To change the photo itself, press Retouch, describe the change (“warmer light”, “remove the clutter”), and pick a Shape and a Size.

Good to know

  • A new venue starts with up to four stages. When you join, we look at the photos of your room on your Instagram first, then on Google. We pick the best ones, write the description, and save them for you. We skip photos where you can see a face. This is free. Check them, and change the first one if you want a different Default stage.
  • A photo with no description shows an amber mark. The system is guessing at that room until you write one.
  • The first stage is the Default stage — the one used for dish photos.
  • Retouch replaces the photo and can’t be undone. The original is gone, so upload again if you want it back.
  • Size sets the price on a retouch. 1K is cheapest, 2K is the sensible default, 4K is for print.
  • Phone photos are fine. The system wants the light and the surfaces, not a magazine shot.
  • Add stages from your Library. Press Select, tap photos of your place, then press Add to Photo style. The AI writes the description. Below your stages, How you plate keeps photos of your plates and glasses. See Add Library photos to Photo style.
  • You can name a stage in your own words when writing a post — “use the window table” — and it will pick that one.
