Our Meta presence & Our TikTok presence
Our Meta presence (Instagram + Facebook, a tab each) and Our TikTok presence are your own-channel dashboards: the same depth you get on a competitor’s page, pointed at your accounts — plus the part a competitor page can’t give you, which is what to do next.
If a channel says “not linked yet”, add its link under Growth → Connections → Your channels. No login needed.
How it works
- Open Growth → Our Meta presence and pick Instagram or Facebook.
- The eight tiles at the top are your headline numbers — followers, 7- and 30-day change, posts held, average likes and comments, engagement rate, posts per week. Hover any tile to see what it means and roughly what good looks like.
- Today’s read is Marco’s overnight summary of your week, with one thing worth doing today.
- Press Ask Sara to read our feed and she goes through every post you hold — which format earns engagement, where the feed went quiet, which captions say nothing — then gives you this week’s move. Deep dive opens the longer version, tied to your menu and your competitors’ prices.
- Where we stand puts your four key numbers next to the middle value of the competitors you track, and names the best performer in your set.
- Below that: your posts, when you post, your top five, which format wins, and the follower and engagement charts.
Good to know
- Sara’s read costs a few credits and runs only when you press the button — nothing is charged in the background.
- Where we stand costs nothing. It fills in once you track a competitor who has the same channel linked.
- Get older posts reaches further back, 50 at a time up to 100. One press is one billed read; that history is stored for good and never bought twice.
- Charts need two days of history before they draw a line.
- The best-time-to-post line waits for at least two posts in the same day-and-hour slot before it will claim one.
- If your Facebook Page is age-restricted — normal for bars and pubs — Facebook hides it from anyone not logged in, so we can’t read it either. The page tells you so and lists the fix. Sync now is switched off in that state on purpose: another read would be refused the same way and would still cost you.
