Verified competitors — locked links
Some competitors on your list are verified — their Instagram, Google, Facebook, and TikTok links have been confirmed as belonging to the same real business. Verified links are shown read-only so nobody can accidentally point them at the wrong place.
Verified links are locked to keep your intel pointed at the right business. Getting their latest still works as normal.
How it works
- A verified competitor shows a green check beside its name. Hover it to see who verified it.
- On a verified competitor, the Link and Unlink buttons for each channel are replaced with a Verified & locked badge. You can still get their latest posts, reviews, and prices — only the links themselves are fixed.
- If a locked link looks wrong, use the small flag beside the green check. Tell us what’s off and we’ll review it — nothing changes on your side.
- Your own links (Connections → Your channels) lock the same way once verified — see Your channels; fixes go through Report an error there.
Good to know
- Verifying a competitor doesn’t give it to anyone — it only fixes the links. Claiming your own business is a separate step.
- Reports go to our team, not to the competitor.
