What runs on its own
Some work happens overnight, or first thing in the morning, without you touching anything. Settings → Schedule is the whole list in one place: what runs, how often, when it last ran, and roughly what a month of it costs.
You can slow anything down or switch it off. You can only speed it up as far as your plan allows.
How it works
- Open Settings → Schedule. The bar at the top shows about how many credits a month of scheduled work will use, against your monthly allowance.
- Each card is one job — the Morning brief, the Competitor pulse, Competitor menu watch, your channels digest, your Google reviews, and so on.
- Pick a cadence on any card: Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Off. It takes effect on the next scheduled pass, usually within the hour.
- Options your plan doesn’t include show a padlock. Slower options are always available.
- Under each card you’ll see when it last ran — and if something went wrong, what and when we’ll try again.
A worked example: watch your rivals’ posts Daily but re-read their menus only Monthly. Menus rarely change and each menu read costs more, so that pairing keeps you current on the fast-moving stuff without spending your allowance on the slow-moving stuff.
Good to know
- Turning something off stops both the work and its cost — nothing runs quietly in the background.
- Credit figures are an estimate for an average month. The real number moves with how many places you track.
- The competitor jobs cost more the more places you track, since each place is checked separately.
- Heads-up alerts are free — they read what we already have rather than asking the AI for anything new.
- If the top bar turns red, your scheduled work alone would use more than your monthly allowance. Slow something down, or add credits.
