Claim your business

Your restaurant is a business like any other on the map, so it can turn up in the same listings your competitor tracking reads. Claiming it tells us “this one is ours” — and once we confirm it, your core details (your website, your Google listing, your social handles) are locked so an automatic scan can never accidentally point them at the wrong place.

The rule: claiming is about protecting your identity, not your data. Your posts, reviews, and menu keep updating as normal — only the IDs that say “this is your business” get frozen.

How it works

  1. Open Growth → Connections and find the Claim your business card at the bottom.
  2. Enter your website (and your Google Place ID if you have it), plus an optional note.
  3. Click Request claim. Your request goes to our team to confirm it’s really you.
  4. Once approved, the card shows your business as claimed and locked to your account.

Good to know

  • You can have one active claim at a time. If a claim isn’t approved, you’ll see why and can try again.
  • Approval locks your identity — after that, only our team can change those core details (there’s an unlock path if anything’s ever wrong).
  • Claiming does not change your menu, prices, or anything you manage day-to-day. It only fixes which listing is recognised as yours.
