Your channels — your own numbers, no logins

Your dashboards are only as honest as the data behind them. Your channels — at the top of Growth → Connections — is where you tell the system which pages are yours: your Google Maps listing, your Instagram, your Facebook Page, your TikTok.

Paste a link, and we read the public page any customer sees — no login, no password. Once our team verifies your links, they lock; fixes go through Report an error.

How it works

  1. Open Growth → ConnectionsYour channels is the first section (the publishing login now lives at the bottom of the page).
  2. Paste each link however you have it — the full link, your @handle, or just the page name. All four channels accept any of those.
  3. The first read starts right away — for all four channels — and you can watch it happen (see When your own numbers arrive). After that, your public pages are read every night.
  4. Your followers, posts, reviews, and ratings show up in Analytics and Our Google presence, and every AI answer or competitor comparison uses them as your side of the story.
  5. Once our team has verified your links (or approved your ownership claim), each verified link shows Verified & locked — editing it is disabled so a stray change can’t corrupt your data. If one looks wrong, click Looks wrong? Ask us to unlock on that card and we’ll fix it for you.

Good to know

  • A link only locks once we can actually read it. If a card says Can’t read this yet, we’ve saved the link but the page hasn’t given us anything — usually because it’s age-restricted, private, or was renamed. Those never lock, so you can edit or replace them yourself.

  • Bar and pub Facebook pages are age-restricted surprisingly often. If yours is, the link is probably right — Facebook just won’t show it to anyone who isn’t logged in.

  • To take a channel off, press Remove on its card. That stops the nightly reading and deletes everything collected from it — posts, follower history, engagement. It can’t be undone, and adding it back later starts from scratch. Use Edit instead if you just need to correct the link.

  • Google Maps has no Remove: that link also drives your reviews, your replies and your listing, so it’s edit-only.

  • Reading one of your channels uses credits, the same as reading a competitor’s — you’ll see each read in your usage.

  • The lock is per link: a channel you haven’t linked yet (say, TikTok) stays open even when the others are locked. Add it any time — our team then reviews the new handle before it becomes verified too.

  • This is separate from the publishing login above it. Publishing posts needs the Meta login; seeing your own numbers never does.

  • If you had connected Instagram for publishing before, your handle keeps working — pasting a handle simply takes priority.

  • The links are the same fields as Settings → venue profile — edit in either place.

  • Once your channels have a couple of days of history, a vs you toggle appears on competitor follower charts — it overlays your growth on theirs, both as percentages, so “are they growing faster than us?” has an honest answer at any size.

  • Your own dashboards live at Growth → Our Meta presence and Our TikTok presence (see Our Meta & TikTok presence).
