The language your team writes in
Your venue has a main language. It decides what language the admin is in, and it decides what language Sara, Nina, Pino, Marco and Davide write in when they report back to you.
The rule
Set the main language once, and everything the AI team writes for you comes back in it.
How it works
- Open Settings → Venue and set your main language.
- That’s it. The next time anyone on the team runs — Sara reading your Instagram, Nina sizing up a competitor, Pino going through your reviews, Davide proposing posts — they write in that language.
- Anyone on your team can override it just for themselves under their own profile, without changing the venue’s setting.
An Italian venue gets “Il tuo momento migliore è martedì verso le 16” instead of “Your best slot is Tuesday around 4pm”.
Good to know
- Quotes stay as they were written. If Sara quotes one of your captions or a customer review, you see the original words, not a translation.
- Names are left alone — your venue, your competitors, and the dishes on your menu keep their names.
- Post captions follow your brand voice settings instead, because you may want to post in a different language than you work in. Set that under Voice and Brand.
- Some of the screens are still in English while we finish translating them. The AI’s own writing is not — that part is done.
- Changing the language doesn’t rewrite reads that already exist. Run one again to get it in the new language.
