How your AI team writes

Every assistant in the app writes the same way, whether you are talking to it on a dish, on a competitor’s menu, in the photo prompt studio, in the help box, or on Telegram. One set of rules, one place, so they cannot drift apart.

The rule

If it takes more than one line, it goes on more than one line.

How it works

The answer comes first, in the first line. No warm-up, no repeating your question back.

When the answer is three or more things, you get a list, one short line each, with the important word in bold at the front. Two things or fewer stay a sentence, because a two-item list is just a sentence with extra steps.

Blocks are separated by a blank line, and a reply stops at about six lines. If there is more, the assistant gives you the first part and asks whether you want the rest.

The words themselves are ordinary words. If a shorter word says the same thing, it uses the shorter word.

Good to know

  • No dashes. The long dash is the clearest sign a machine wrote something, so the assistants never use one. It is removed from every reply even when the assistant forgets.
  • Bold means “this one”. A button to press, a field to fill, a name, or a number that matters. Never a whole sentence in bold.
  • Same in every language. The rules are about shape, not English, so a reply in Italian or Thai comes out the same way.
  • This is not something you set up. It is on for every assistant, everywhere, and there is no switch.
  • Writing that goes out to guests is different. A menu description, a social caption or a review reply is written to be read by your customers, so it stays as prose. These rules are for the assistants talking to you.
