Where you stand against them

Their follower count sits big on the tile. Underneath it sits yours, and the gap between them, coloured from your point of view.

The rule

The tile answers “where are they?”. The line underneath answers “where are we, against them?” Both questions, one glance, no calculator.

How to read it

  • Emerald — you’re ahead.
  • Rose — they’re ahead.
  • Amber “not tracked” — we don’t have your equivalent number yet, so nothing is invented.

The format follows the metric: percentages for counts like followers and likes, percentage points for rates like response rate, plain currency for prices.

So a tile reading 12,800 followers with You: 4,300 · −66% in rose tells you they’re roughly three times your size. An engagement tile reading 8.4% with You: 9.1% · +0.7pp in emerald tells you your smaller audience is the more engaged one. That’s the fight identified in ten seconds: scale, not quality.

It knows your menu before it advises you

When a deep dive says “they offer Carbonara at ฿420, you don’t”, you can trust it — the AI is handed your full menu, every dish and price, before it writes a word.

It matches loosely, so “Spaghetti alla Carbonara” is recognised as “Carbonara”, and “Cotoletta alla Milanese” as “Schnitzel”.

  • When you already have the dish, it won’t tell you to add it. It suggests a different angle instead — reprice, replate, better photography, sharper copy.
  • When you genuinely don’t, the gap is real and worth piloting.

Good to know

  • Comparisons appear per tile, and only where they’re meaningful. A brand-new venue or an untracked channel gets the amber hint rather than a made-up figure.
  • The comparison uses your live numbers, so it moves as you do.
