Company tax details

Your company name, tax ID and address. We print them on the tax invoice for each plan and credit pack you buy.

The rule: add your tax ID before you pay. Your accountant needs it to claim the VAT back.

How it works

  1. Open Settings. Press Company tax details.
  2. Pick your country.
  3. Type your company name, exactly as it is on your company papers.
  4. Type your tax ID. In Thailand it has 13 numbers.
  5. Type your branch code. For the head office, type 00000.
  6. Type your company address. Press Save company details.

Good to know

  • Only an owner can change these details.
  • The tax ID is checked when you save. A wrong number is not saved.
  • For a branch, type its number, for example 00001. If you type hq, we save it as 00000.
  • If you change these details later, old invoices do not change. Only new invoices use the new details.
  • Without a tax ID you still get an invoice. It says your accountant cannot use it to claim VAT back.
