Photo Studio gallery — finding, changing, and downloading photos

Every photo saves itself. You can close the app the moment you press Generate — the work carries on without you, and the result is waiting in the Gallery tab.

The rule

Deleting is permanent. No trash bin, no 30-day recovery. If you might want it later, download it first.

How it works

Open Photo Studio from the sidebar and switch to Gallery, or tap any of the five photos on your home page’s Photo studio card to land on that one full-size. The tab is part of the web address, so a gallery page can be bookmarked or sent to a colleague.

Tap a tile for the full-size view. From there:

  • Show original / Show enhanced — flip between the phone shot and the result.
  • Change with AI — fix it with a sentence instead of starting over. See Change a photo you already made.
  • Download full size — the highest-resolution copy, for the menu or your designer. It lands in Downloads as photo-studio-<timestamp>.webp.
  • Delete this photo — confirms, then removes it from the gallery and from storage.

Good to know

  • By default you see your own photos. With the Manage Photo Studio permission (usually owner and head chef) the gallery goes venue-wide — the right view for keeping the menu’s look consistent.
  • Each photo names the model that made it, under the style name. If one keeps giving you the look you want, that’s how you spot it.
  • A photo made by changing another one is named after your own words, so you can find it by what you asked for.
  • Failed photos are hidden, and nothing sits on “generating…” forever — anything stuck over an hour is marked failed.
  • If credits were charged but no photo appeared, check Settings → AI and tell support roughly when.
  • No search or filter yet — scroll back by date.
