Stopping your plan, or changing your card

You can stop your plan yourself, and you can change the card yourself. Both live on AI → Your plan, under the name of your current plan.
The rule: cancelling never switches anything off today. You keep everything to the end of the month you’ve already paid for.
How it works
- Open AI → Your plan.
- Cancel plan asks you to confirm and tells you the exact date your plan runs until. Nothing changes before that date.
- Changed your mind? Keep my plan puts it back — any time before that date, as many times as you like.
- Change card opens our payment partner’s own secure page, where you can replace the card, see past invoices, and download receipts. We never see the card number.
Good to know
- After the paid period ends you drop to the Free plan. Your menu, your photos, your competitor history and everything you’ve made all stay exactly where they are.
- Only the venue owner can cancel or change the card. Everyone else sees the plan but not the buttons.
- We don’t refund part of a month, which is why cancelling waits for the end of the period rather than stopping now.
- If a payment fails we try again a few times over a week, then give you a further week before anything switches off — and we email you at each step. Changing the card during that window fixes it.
- Cancelling from the payment partner’s page works too; the plan page notices and shows the same thing.
- Moving down to a smaller paid plan isn’t self-serve yet — cancel, or ask us in Help.
