Are they pushing more ads?

เนื้อหานี้ยังไม่มีในภาษาของคุณ

One ad running for 47 days tells you about that ad. It does not tell you if a rival is doing more than they were. The top of the Meta ads tab answers that.

The rule

We only draw the days we really looked. We cannot see ads they started and stopped before that.

How it works

Open Marketing Studio → Competitors → a competitor → Meta ads. The first card has two parts.

  1. The ads they run today. “They run 6 ads now. 4 of them started in the last 30 days” means they are busy right now. If none of them are new, they are keeping the same ads going.
  2. A line over time. It shows how many ads they ran on each day.

The line starts on the day we first read their page. It stops on the last day we read it. Once we have watched for a week or more, we also say it in words: “They had 2 ads running when we started, and 9 now.”

Good to know

  • The first part works the first time you look. The line needs a few days first.
  • We check the page every day, so the line grows every day.
  • Facebook only shows us ads that are running now. So we cannot know what they ran last year. We do not guess it.
  • If we cannot read their page for a few days, the line stops there. It does not run on to today.
  • The line counts ads, not people. Facebook does not tell anyone how many people saw a restaurant ad.
