Turning your own manuals into training

เนื้อหานี้ยังไม่มีในภาษาของคุณ

Most venues already have the words written down. They’re in a folder, a laminated sheet, or a file someone made three years ago. Training → Your manuals turns those into something staff will actually read.

The rule

The course follows your document. Where your procedure differs from standard practice, yours is what staff are taught.

How it works

  1. Open Training → Your manuals and press Upload a manual. PDFs, photos and text files all work.
  2. The file is read once, on upload. The row shows Ready when it’s done.
  3. Go to Courses → New course, choose One of your manuals, and tick the one you want.
  4. Add a line about what to focus on if you like, then press Create course and Write the lessons.
  5. Read the draft and publish it, exactly as you would any other course.

Good to know

  • Reading a file costs credits per page, once. Building courses from it afterwards is free, however many you make.
  • A PDF that already contains its text — one exported from Word or a design tool — is read at no charge at all. Only photos and scans cost anything.
  • Uploading the same file twice is spotted, and you keep the copy already read.
  • A very long manual is read from the beginning; the row tells you when that happened, so you know a course covers the start rather than all 200 pages. Split a long document into sections to cover it properly.
  • You can’t delete a manual while a live course was built from it — archive the course first.
  • Limits: 30 MB per file.
