Our TripAdvisor

Many visitors look at TripAdvisor before they pick a restaurant. This page shows what they read about you, and helps you answer it.
The rule
We can read your TripAdvisor page. We cannot write on it. You copy the reply and paste it yourself.
How it works
- Open your restaurant page on TripAdvisor. Copy the address from the top of your browser.
- Go to Marketing Studio → Channels. Paste it into the TripAdvisor box and press Save.
- We read your page. It takes a few seconds.
- Open Marketing Studio → Our TripAdvisor. You see your stars, your rank, and your reviews.
- On any review, press Draft a reply. Change the words if you want. Press Copy, open TripAdvisor, and paste it.
After you paste a reply, press I posted this. The page then stops counting that review as unanswered.
Good to know
- We check your page once a week. Press Read now if you want it sooner. Each read uses credits, the same as reading a competitor.
- Your rank is your place in the city list, like “#323 of 11,654”. A lower number is better. The chart needs two reads before it can draw a line.
- The reply learns from your past TripAdvisor replies. Your first one is plain, because we have nothing to learn from yet.
- Reviews written in another language get a Translate button.
- We only keep reviews that have words in them. A star with no writing tells you nothing.
- We never store the name of the person who wrote a review.
Ask it instead of opening it
You can ask about TripAdvisor in a chat, in the app or on Telegram:
- What is our TripAdvisor rank?
- Which TripAdvisor reviews still need a reply?
- Show me our TripAdvisor reviews under 3 stars.
It knows we cannot post on TripAdvisor. It will never tell you a reply was sent. It also counts the replies you wrote here but have not pasted yet.
