Dishes guests love

เนื้อหานี้ยังไม่มีในภาษาของคุณ

Guests tap a heart on dishes they like. This report, under Marketing Studio → Analytics, turns those hearts into something you can act on.

The rule

The middle column is the one to trust. A dish at the top of the menu collects hearts just for being there.

How it works

Three lists, side by side:

  1. Most loved — total hearts, all time. Good for a specials board, but it rewards dishes that have simply been on the menu longest.
  2. Loved per 100 looks — each dish’s hearts against how often it was actually seen. This is the fair read: a dish shown less can still be the best loved one you have.
  3. Seen, never loved — plenty of eyes, no hearts. Usually a photo, a description, or a price.

Switch the window between 7d, 30d and 90d at the top right.

Good to know

  • Dishes seen fewer than 20 times are left out of the middle column. Three views and one heart is not a verdict.
  • “Not seen enough yet” is not the same as zero. A new dish sits out until enough guests have seen it.
  • Hearts are affection, not orders. There is no till data behind these numbers.
  • If you have only just published your menu, the middle and right columns wait for view data before they say anything.
  • The middle column counts hearts tapped since this report was switched on. Older hearts still count in the totals on the left, and it fills in on its own.
  • You can ask the Telegram assistant “which dishes do guests love” and get the same three lists on your phone. Switch Dishes guests love on under What it may do. See Telegram.
