Delivery fee

You choose what a guest pays for delivery. It can be one amount for every order, or a price for each kilometre.

The rule

A fee per kilometre needs your venue’s map pin. With no pin, we cannot measure the distance, and guests cannot order delivery.

How it works

  1. Open Settings → Ordering & delivery and turn on Accept delivery orders.
  2. Under Delivery fee, pick Fixed or Per km.
  3. For Per km, type the Rate per kilometre, for example 8. Tap Show advanced to add a Base fee, a Minimum fee, a Maximum fee, or rounding.
  4. The guest picks their address in the cart. We measure the driving distance from your map pin to that address. The cart then shows Subtotal, Delivery and Total.

Example: ฿20 base fee + 3.2 km × ฿8 = ฿45.60, so the guest pays ฿46.

Good to know

  • Set your map pin in Venue details. The two numbers are on Google Maps.
  • If we cannot measure the distance, the guest cannot send a delivery order. They see a short note and can choose pickup.
  • Each new address costs your venue 5 credits to measure. The same address again is free.
  • When a guest finds their address in the cart, it costs your venue 17 credits. Typing is free. A saved address is free. With no credits, guests cannot find an address, so they cannot order delivery.
  • The fee shows in the cart, in the WhatsApp message, on the guest’s order page, in Online Orders and in your order alerts.
  • Free delivery above subtotal turns the fee off when the order is big enough.
