Paying for a year

You can pay for your plan month by month, or take a whole year at once. A year costs two months less, and it comes with our help getting your website live.

The rule

A year up front is two months free — and for those first two weeks, we build your website with you.

How it works

1. Open Your plan from the AI menu.
2. Switch the toggle above the plan cards from Monthly to Yearly. The prices change and each card shows how much you save.
3. Press Move to on the plan you want, check the price, and pay.
4. A message from us appears in your Tickets straight away, asking for your menu and your photos.
5. Send whatever you have — a photo of the paper menu is fine — and we take it from there.

For example, Essential is $29 a month, or $290 for the year. That is twelve months for the price of ten.

Good to know

• Only the owner can pay. Managers and staff see the plans but not the pay button.
• The two weeks start when you pay. After that your website is yours to edit, and we are still here — just not building it for you.
• Priority lasts all year. Anything you ask us jumps the queue until your year runs out, not just for the first fortnight.
• Renewing does not restart the setup help. It is for getting you going, not something that comes round again.
• You can stop any time. You keep the plan until the end of the year you have paid for.
