Service times — menus that only run at certain hours

เนื้อหานี้ยังไม่มีในภาษาของคุณ

Some sections only run at certain hours — brunch every day 8am to 3pm, a set lunch on weekdays, a late-night list after 10pm. Service times let you say so once, on the section, instead of hiding and unhiding it by hand every day.

The rule

Outside its hours a section stays on your menu, marked with its times. It is never hidden — a diner at 4pm can still read the brunch menu before booking for tomorrow.

How it works

  1. Open the section from your menu and find the Service times card.
  2. Turn on Only at certain times.
  3. Pick the days with the day chips, then set the start and end — for a brunch menu, all seven days, 08:00 to 15:00.
  4. Need a second pattern? Add another time — for example weekday lunch 11:30–15:00 plus weekend brunch 8:00–16:00 on the same section.
  5. Save. Diners now see Served now · 8:00–15:00 during brunch, and the same times in grey outside them.

Sections inside a section inherit these hours, so a brunch menu split into Eggs, Pastries and Drinks only needs setting once — on the parent. Give a child its own times and those win.

Good to know

  • An end time earlier than the start means it runs past midnight. 22:00 → 02:00 is a late-night list closing at 2am, and the card says so as you type it.
  • Times follow your venue’s timezone, shown next to the summary. If it’s wrong, fix it in Settings — a section with no timezone to check against just shows all day.
  • Overlaps are fine. Brunch to 15:00 and lunch from 14:00 means both show at 14:30.
  • This changes what diners see, not what they can order. To stop online ordering from a section, use the online ordering policy on the same page.
  • Leave it off and the section shows all day, every day. That’s right for most sections.
  • Editing an item — dishes inside a section, and what else you can set on them.
  • Scan your menu — how a printed brunch menu gets into the system in the first place.
