Adding supplier products to your inventory

A price list gives you the supplier’s products. They are not in your inventory yet. Add them one by one, or tick them all and add them together.

The rule

The app only adds a product when it can work out the cost. Anything it cannot stays on the list for you.

How it works

  1. Open the supplier and stay on the Items tab.
  2. Press Not approved to see only the products you have not added yet.
  3. Tick each product you want. The box at the top ticks them all.
  4. Press Add N to inventory in the blue bar.
  5. You see two groups. Ready are the ones the app can cost. Need you are the ones it cannot, and each says why.
  6. Press the button at the bottom. The rest stay ticked.

Good to know

  • Up to 100 go in one press. Tick the rest and press again.
  • A product needs a price and a pack size. “BURRATA 125g x 6, ฿858” works. “BURRATA, ฿858” does not.
  • The app picks a category for each product. Pick one at the top for the rest.
  • A product you already added is skipped, so you never get two stock cards.
  • You can still press Approve on one product. That form asks four things: what it comes in, how much is inside one, how many you buy, and what you pay.

Filling the extra details

Some categories ask for more. A wine wants the winery, the grape, the year. A price list rarely prints those, so the form has a ✨ AI Fill button next to that panel. Press it and the AI fills the empty boxes. It never changes a box you typed in yourself, and it says how many it filled.

You can also do the whole list at once. Tick Also let the AI fill the details on the add screen. It tells you how many products that is before you press, because each one costs a little. The box starts empty every time, so nothing is spent unless you ask for it. You can press Stop filling at any point and the products you already added stay.
