Company tax details
เนื้อหานี้ยังไม่มีในภาษาของคุณ
Your company name, tax ID and address. We print them on the tax invoice for each plan and credit pack you buy.
The rule: add your tax ID before you pay. Your accountant needs it to claim the VAT back.
How it works
- Open Settings. Press Company tax details.
- Pick your country.
- Type your company name, exactly as it is on your company papers.
- Type your tax ID. In Thailand it has 13 numbers.
- Type your branch code. For the head office, type 00000.
- Type your company address. Press Save company details.
Good to know
- Only an owner can change these details.
- The tax ID is checked when you save. A wrong number is not saved.
- For a branch, type its number, for example 00001. If you type hq, we save it as 00000.
- If you change these details later, old invoices do not change. Only new invoices use the new details.
- Without a tax ID you still get an invoice. It says your accountant cannot use it to claim VAT back.
