Video on a dish

เนื้อหานี้ยังไม่มีในภาษาของคุณ

The Video tab of the Studio card offers two routes to a video of this dish. They’re opposites, and the free one is listed first for a reason.

The rule

If your hero photo is good, the free reel is often all you need. Try it before spending credits.

The two routes

Finish a branded video — free. Turns this dish’s hero photo into a reel: your brand colour, your logo, the name and price burned in. It renders in your browser in seconds. No credits, ever. Change the shape (Reel, Square, Wide), the one-liner and the call to action first — you watch the real thing as you edit, so the preview is the video.

Make a video with AI — costs credits. Animates the dish into a moving clip, using your hero photo as the first frame. Takes a few minutes and the price depends on length and sharpness; the exact cost is shown before you confirm.

You can also just paste a link — YouTube, Vimeo or an .mp4 — in the Video URL field.

A dish story

The Story tab turns the dish into a short moving film for the top of its page. Press Make a dish story: we write the shots from your own description and anchor them on the dish’s photo. You review the shot list — four scenes, twelve seconds — before any pictures are made.

It’s included while the feature is new, so it doesn’t touch your credits.

Once the film is finished, Put it live places it at the top of the dish’s public page — diners scroll through it and into the details. Take it down removes it again and keeps the film, so putting it back is one press.

Good to know

  • The free reel needs a photo. Add one in the Photos tab first and the button lights up.
  • A finished reel drops into the Video URL field. Like everything else on the page, it isn’t live until you press Save Changes.
  • The AI route can be paused platform-wide for maintenance. The free one never is — it runs entirely on your own machine.
  • One story per dish, and a few per venue while this is new. Reopen a story to change it rather than starting over.
