Stock tracking
เนื้อหานี้ยังไม่มีในภาษาของคุณ
Your ingredient list can work in two ways. It can count what is on hand. Or it can only track what each thing costs. A switch picks one. Today the switch is off for every venue.
The rule
When stock tracking is off, the app knows what things cost. It does not know how many you have.
How it works
- With the switch off, each ingredient shows its cost per unit and its supplier. There is no stock number and no par level.
- Recipes still add up their cost. The margin on a dish still works.
- The pages that move stock are hidden. That is Receiving, Purchase orders, Stock taking, Prep in progress, Waste and the Separations run page.
- The AI assistant does not report stock levels. It says the venue does not track them.
- A super admin can switch stock tracking on. Then the stock pages come back and the numbers you typed before are still there.
Good to know
- Nothing is deleted when the switch is off. The stock numbers stay on each ingredient.
- The separation rule on an ingredient still works. Only running a separation is hidden.
- Suppliers, price lists, ingredient costs, recipes and menu margins all work with the switch off.
- You cannot switch this on yourself. Ask support when your venue is ready to count stock.
