MARKETING STUDIO / TRAINING

A new waiter who knows the menu by Friday.

Your menu becomes the course. Short question-led lessons land on your team's phones, the ones they get wrong come back until they stick, and a board tells you who is ready for which job.

11.1

Written from your menu

Not a generic hospitality course. The dishes, the allergens and the prices are yours, so the answers are too.

11.2

Or from your own manual

Upload the handbook you already have and it becomes a course with questions.

11.3

Very short, on their phone

A few questions before service beats a training day nobody books.

11.4

They can ask, you see the gaps

A cook asks what to do and the answer is your house rules. Questions nobody answered are shown to you.

11.5

Who is ready for what

A board per person per job — the answer to whether they can work the floor tonight.

11.6

It follows the menu

Change a dish and it writes you new questions to look at, so training never falls behind what you serve.

What actually changes

Training is whoever has a minute

  • A new waiter learns the menu from whoever is free on a busy shift.
  • Everybody explains it a bit differently, and nobody knows which answer was right.
  • You print a handbook. It is read in week one and never again.
  • You find out somebody did not know the allergens when a guest asks them.
  • You decide who can work the floor tonight from memory.

Training is written once, and it sticks

  • The course comes from your own menu and your own manual, so the answers are yours.
  • Everybody gets the same question, so two scores mean the same thing.
  • Short sittings on their own phone, and the questions come back until they stick.
  • They can ask the chat what to do, and the answer is your house rules.
  • A board tells you who is ready for each job, and whose training is running out.

How it works

You write a course once. After that your team studies on their own phone, and you watch.

  1. 01

Your menu or your manual becomes the course

Point it at your menu, upload the handbook you already have, or name a topic. It writes short lessons with a question at the end of each. You read every one and change what you want before your team sees it. A person is always between the AI and a food safety rule.

  2. 02

A few questions, on their own phone

Your team studies in the same chat app they already use. A sitting is short enough to do before service. Everybody gets the same question, so two scores mean the same thing, and the ones they get wrong come back later until they stick.

  3. 03

They can ask, and the answer is your house rules

A cook types what do I do if a guest says they have an allergy. The answer comes from the rules you wrote, not from the internet. Questions nobody has answered yet are shown to you, because each one is a gap somebody just found.

  4. 04

You see who is ready for each job

Make your own job list, then say which courses each job needs. A board shows you who is ready, whose training is running out, and who has not started. That is the answer to whether somebody can work the floor tonight.

  5. 05

Change a dish, and the questions follow

It watches your menu. When a dish changes it writes you new questions to look at, so training never falls behind what you actually serve. Watching is free and on. Writing the new questions costs credits, so it waits for you to say yes.

Which plan it comes with

Training comes with Essential and above. What the plan changes is how many courses you can write.

Plus

More credits each month, so you can write a course for each job instead of one for everybody.

Max

The most credits. Enough to keep a course per job, and to rewrite them when the menu moves.

What you would otherwise do
  • Teach the same five things to every new person yourself.
  • Print a handbook that is read once and never opened again.
  • Find out somebody did not know the allergens when a guest asks.
  • Guess who is ready to work the floor tonight.

Writing a course costs credits once. Your team studying it costs nothing, however many times they open it.
